As Nationwide's largest integrated campaign in years, there were high expectations for JTN's success. As the the Lead Producer for Site Maintenance, I acted as the hub for the NW Marketing team, their IT and analytics teams, third-party vendors (production, hosting, UGC moderation, etc.), and McKinney's creative team to manage all site moderation, site analytics, weekly site optimizations, content updates, and adherence to NW's data-management and security policies.
